Event location: Dockside Sydney

Event description

Totalling more than 877,000 kilometres in length, Australia’s roads make up one of the longest road networks in the world and are our nation’s biggest physical asset.

Although investment injections into the development of these roads has been increasing, this in turn has underpinned a growth in the need for scheduled maintenance and repair, both now and into the future.

The Road Engineering & Maintenance conference will return to Sydney on 28th & 29th April 2020, providing you with a platform to network with those involved in road maintenance, asset management and engineering. Over two days we'll be discussing:

  • How you can extend the life cycle of your assets by adopting a forward-focused view. Learn how to reduce the whole-of-life cost of your roads
  • The benefits of collecting, analysing and implementing data on your roads. See how utilising roads data could help you to schedule maintenance activities, time and resources
  • New innovations in road engineering and maintenance technologies and how they can help you to drive efficiency
  • How to assess risk and opportunity when thinking about the future of roads. We will be challenging you to generate a change of thinking and explore how you can adapt your current processes to become more sustainable in the long term

This event is now in its 9th installment and we have created a community of roads professionals from across local and state government.

Join this practical forum and get up to speed with the latest offerings from technology providers, check in with key industry players and start 2020 prepared to innovate your processes and drive efficiency.
