As the Information Technology Support Specialist at our Burleigh Heads site, you will play a role in providing support and resolving service requests across a wide range of technologies. Your responsibilities will involve liaising with various departments throughout the business. To excel in this role, a passion for technology, a knack for problem-solving, and an eagerness to learn are key.

What you’ll do:

• Provide on-site production support for our Burleigh Heads facility and remote tech support for external sites.
• Log and manage incidents using our call logging system.
• Update tech team documents and track IT assets efficiently.
• Get to know our core business inside out, including all its processes.
• Understand how technology powers each business unit.

About you:

• Passion for Tech: If you live and breathe technology, we want you!
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts initially commencing at 5am.
• You hold a current Australian driver’s license.
