This growing civil construction and maintenance contractor is looking for an ambitious General Manager to spearhead the direction of the organisation.

As the leader of this c$25m business you will steer a motivated and experienced management team through the day to day operations of the business while taking responsibility for the financial health of the organisation, project development and successful project delivery.

With a proven operational management background in civil construction key to your success will be your ability to promote and evolve the organisation's brand in conjunction with developing powerful client relationships. The ability to cultivate initiatives to improve internal processes whilst ensure a continued positive and safety culture is also vital.

To be successful in this role you will have held a similar role in a small / medium sized business in WA and have a proven track record in the high quality and safe delivery of civil construction projects. You will be Perth based, well connected and a successful developer of business. It is essential that you will be degree qualified in civil engineering or similar.
