What will you do?

In this position you will join our Water team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'Bring Ideas to Life' for our clients. With a focus on growing our Water business, we are actively recruiting for those passionate about working collaboratively and building on technical knowledge. This broad role will see you winning new business, fostering long-lasting client relationships, and mentoring and coaching your team whilst promoting a culture of technical excellence.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and, it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life':

  • Set the strategy, vision and direction for the Water group
  • Business development through building client relationships, promoting capability, developing business strategy, and co-ordinating with other technical leads regionally and globally
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and development of the Water team
  • Monitor and manage the team's utilisation
  • Support inter-disciplinary relationships and collaborate with other internal teams.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering and relevant experience in the Water industry. You enjoy business development and winning new work to achieve revenue growth, and full utilisation of the team. A natural collaborator, you are passionate about the relationships you build with clients and colleagues alike. You are someone who enjoys leading people and willingly share your technical knowledge and experience to fosters a culture of development and growth in your team.
