The Fleet Services Supervisor leads a team of Plant Operators and ensures our fleet of heavy plant is effectively allocated and utilised.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule and allocate heavy plant.
• Engage external contractors.
• Advise on plant matters and issues.
• Manage invoicing and reconciliation.
• Ensure plant operation is in accordance with OHS policies and procedures.

Key attributes:

• Experience in scheduling.
• Experience supervising and leading others to achieve business objectives.
• Evaluation and planning skills.
• Ability to match activity requirements to plant and operator capability.
• Good financial and administration skills to keep track of resources and costs.
