ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working within a dynamic team. Your primary role will be to provide administration support to the Roads Unit team within City Infrastructure. Some of the works involved in this role include allocating customer requests, processing invoices, raising purchase orders and general administration tasks.

The successful applicant will be joining a growing unit with a strong and supportive team culture. All applicants are encouraged to apply.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE 

  • High level of proficiency in the use of computer software packages including Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word and Excel).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in office administration
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • VCE or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through on the job experience
