The Role

The Continuity & Rewards People Specialist supports the employee experience through talent attraction, talent management, learning and rewards initiatives including the following:

People Continuity

  • Actively supports needs of People Cycle, Rewards and Continuity programs.
  • Research, development and benchmarking of new frontiers for People Continuity and Rewards
  • Support the tracking and monitoring of budget related activities

Talent Management

  • Analytics and reporting across People Cycle activities capturing trends and themes for Zone wide insights
  • Enhancing projects including onboarding processes, diversity strategy and bringing new ideas to improve the TM space in ways not yet envisaged!

Rewards & Benefits

  • Supporting Employee banding analysis, annual data review and Rewards processes

Talent Attraction

  • Hands on support of graduate and intern talent attraction programs
