Technical Officer - Civil Infrastructure

  • Do you have a background in Civil construction or Engineering maintenance?
  • Do you want to work across a large civil asset range and develop your skills while delivering high quality community infrastructure?

City of Darwin is seeking an experienced individual for project management of civil infrastructure maintenance and minor capital works projects. You will provide excellent technical support to a large team engaged in construction and maintenance programmes on road, path, and stormwater assets.

This diverse position will have you liaising with customers, contractors and internal staff, report writing, conducting onsite inspections, assessing and checking compliance of engineering plans, drawings and projects.

To be considered you will have a Certificate IV in Civil Construction and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of Civil Construction with demonstrated experience in infrastructure asset management systems and practices.
