Technical Officer Parks - Contracts

City of Darwin is seeking an experienced individual for directly assisting in efficient management of the Parks Section as part of the management team by actively contributing to promote, planning, organising and coordination of park's management.

This position will provide excellent technical support to the management and Team Leaders responsible for the work programmes across three city precincts, urban forest management and irrigation management. This diverse position plays a critical role in the provision of advice, contract management and support to the Coordinator - Parks and Reserves

To be considered you will have a Diploma in Horticulture and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in parks and landscape industry, with particular experience in turf maintenance or contract supervision.
