Talent Acquisition Partner (Sydney or Brisbane Location)
The Woolworths Culture & People Team is one of the largest HR functions nationally with leading development and long-term career opportunities to our team members. Our Group Talent & Strategic Sourcing Team provide end to end recruitment services for all non-store and corporate roles across the group and we are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to partner with our Commercial business unit.
About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner within the business, you will collaborate with the business and various stakeholders to deliver end to end recruitment services. Working closely with your Talent Lead, this role will see you develop and deliver role specific recruitment strategies and initiatives to support the growth of our business. Paramount to your success will be your ability to build strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally whilst being a true ambassador of our brand in the market. You will work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice and partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives.
You will join a team of experienced and passionate recruiters who love to collaborate and work together to deliver the best outcomes to the business. Although this is a full time opportunity, we offer flexible work arrangements, activity based working and genuine career development opportunities based on your personal needs, with a supportive leadership team. Further, our roles can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.

To ensure your success in this role and a bright future in one of Australia's leading employers, you will ideally display:
- Proven experience in recruitment from an agency and/or internal setting
- Ability to adapt to standardised recruitment strategies as well as creative recruiting strategies
- End to end sourcing experience across a wide range of roles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to holding yourself accountable to stakeholders whilst maintaining a consultative approach and working style
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to assist your team when required
- Experience with effective talent-pooling and building pipelines for complex role requirements
