Assistant Materials Analyst - [Archived Advertisement]

The purpose of this role is to deliver on the priorities set by the Materials Analyst by assisting in the accurate and timely sampling, testing and reporting of construction materials used to ensure quality decisions are being made.

The successful applicant will ideally possess a minimum Certificate III Civil Construction or equivalent qualification plus a minimum of two years previous experience in materials analysis.

Other requirements for this role include

• Minimum of one (1) year previous experience in contract supervision
• EPA Radiation licence
• Demonstrated experience with nuclear density/moisture gauge
• Demonstrated experience in a NATA accredited testing facility
• Demonstrated keyboard and high level computer skills
• General Construction Induction certification (Whitecard)
• RTA Traffic Control Stop/Slow (Blue Ticket)
• RTA Traffic Control at Roadworks (Yellow) Ticket)
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Current Class C driver's licence.
