We have an opportunity for a People & Culture (P&C) Leader to join the team supporting Supply Chain. Based in Sydney, this role reports into our P&C Director - Supply Chain. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the people strategy across our supply chain sites.

As the P&C Leader you will be partnering site leadership teams to lead culture, change, engagement and our people processes. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in broader national projects, working with the Lion P&C team across Australia & New Zealand. To succeed in this business partnering role you will need to call on your strong coaching skills, experience leading culture and change projects, business acumen and generalist HR experience.
