We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and innovative internal talent team, working as a Talent Coordinator, reporting into Clint Williams, Talent Leader for Contingent and Redeployment.

The Talent Coordinator’s role is to provide day to day administration and co-ordination assistance to the Talent Acquisition team. You will deliver best practice people experiences across the Talent Team and Hiring Leaders by responding promptly, keeping promises and providing admin support. You will create memorable candidate experiences through responsive candidate management, and champion Lion's talent brand by co-ordinating Lion's social media execution.

To succeed in this role you will need a passion for helping people, a high attention to detail, and strong organisation and time management skills.
