We are currently recruiting a Safety Partner to support our Supply Chain business located in South Australia and Perth. This role is based at West end Brewery (Thebarton), and will have regular travel to the Little Creatures Brewery (Freemantle) producing some of our leading brands within adult beverage products. This is a permanent position and reports through to our Safety Leader, Supply Chain based in NSW.
You will partner with the business and advise them with implementing safety plans, systems and processes and in proactively identifying and managing safety risks in order to reduce risk, improve safety performance and keep everyone safe every day. You will be well versed in governance and risk management and be an effective communicator to be able to communicate strategic priorities into actionable plans and lead, engage and influence business leaders.
You will bring experience delivering safety initiatives and enjoy a fast-moving environment that is ready and open to change.
