This is a permanent full time position within Council’s Open Spaces and Facilities Section. The salary range for the position is $82,015 - $97,804, plus superannuation.

The position is located in Grafton.

In the position of Building and Facilities Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Open Spaces and Facilities. You will be responsible for the day to day management, leadership and direction for Council's buildings and facilities in relation to their maintenance, renewal and capital project delivery activities, on time and within budget and will be required to assist in the formulation of policy, strategic planning and asset management for the maintenance, renewal and improvement of buildings and facilities.
