This is a 12 month fixed term appointment within Council’s Environment, Development and Strategic Planning Section. The salary range for the position is $70,432 - $83,991 p.a plus superannuation.

The position will be based at our Grafton Office and the position base may be subject to change in the future.

The position of Building Surveyor Formalisations reports to the Building and Environmental Services Coordinator and is responsible to carry out inspections of existing unauthorised dwellings and required upgrading work, process and issue Building Certificates and provide specialist building and development advice to internal and external parties.
