Reporting to the Director, Strategy, the Director, Workforce Strategies - will provide leadership and guidance for the implementation of government's workforce policies and initiatives as they relate to the delivery of major transport infrastructure policies. The role will lead engagement with industry to identify skills constraints and opportunities to work with the market to appropriately respond. In consultation with individual Administrative Offices this role will also drive best practice human resources policies and practices across the Major Transport Infrastructure Program.
