The Role

Working in a complex, unique and high tempo setting, this role will develop your skills and enable you to make a personal contribution to the Australian Defence Force. This Base Management role provides high quality services to enable Defence capability across Defence Bases and Training Areas located in NSW.

This exciting role are great entry level positions, giving the successful candidates a broad understanding and exposure to the Defence Environment. Stakeholder engagement is a key responsibility of this role; we need an energetic and customer- centric high performer, one who responds with enthusiasm and flexibility, to meet the needs of this ever-changing environment and dynamic customer base.

About our Team
Security and Estate Group, Directorate Service Delivery NNSW is seeking to fill two ongoing vacancies in Williamtown at the APS 4 level. A merit pool is to be established to fill expected vacancies across the Directorate NNSW which includes Office and Base geographical footprint in the Greater Sydney Region and Northern NSW.

The Directorate of Service Delivery NNSW is responsible for the operational performance and issue management to support services delivered across Defence Establishments. These services include, but are not limited to, Estate and Building Maintenance; Project Delivery Support; Land, Environment and Heritage Management; Accommodation and Housing; Transport; Waste Management; Hospitality and Catering; Cleaning; Sport and Recreation; Safety, Security and Emergency Management.
