Principal Project Engineer
Joining our team means you’ll be part of something that really matters. As our Principal Project Engineer to ensure sound technical solutions are developed, implemented, and documented by the Project Team.

The position will be based in Bentley, Perth. This is a permanent full-time position.

Your role will include:

  • Developing and coordinating of project scopes and other technical project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing and advise on sound concept engineering solutions.
  • Engineering management including technical support for project delivery and technical review of design deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage technical queries through the lifecycle of a project.
  • Construction oversight (perform on inspections during construction).
  • Commissioning management (including FAT and SAT as well as on site supervision during critical commissioning activities).
  • Undertake technical investigations to determine the required maintenance regime and operational functionality of new assets, including review and assessment of relevant documentation provided by the manufacturer and developed by the project team.

You will have: 

  • Engineering degree with 15 years industry experience
  • Subject matter expertise (SME) in protection and transmission systems/generation systems
  • In-depth understanding of lifecycle costing, commissioning management experience
  • Ellipse programme experience
