Senior Organisational Development & Talent Partner

 

Your Impact

Join our highly collaborative Talent & Capability team and lead delivery of priority talent initiatives from our strategic roadmap. Supported by an administrative resource within our Centre of Excellence (CoE) model, this role manages core people processes and programs including achievement planning and review, development planning, succession review, early careers program, employee engagement and exit interviews across the Oceania business.

Reporting to the Group Head of Talent, Capability and DE&I, and as a key member of the broader People & Culture function, your new role will work closely with the HRBP team to deliver key talent initiatives while interacting with people managers and executive leaders to ensure strategic program alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end design, development and delivery of talent initiatives including, scoping, stakeholder engagement, project planning and measurement, informed by our talent strategy
  • Support sequence planning for the Talent Strategy delivery
  • Create meaningful metrics that are turned into insights to drive solution design and development
  • Recommend process improvements as opportunities are identified, including identifying ways to upskill employees and managers in the delivery of core people cycle processes
  • Support and collaborate across the entire Talent, Capability & DEI team on various initiatives, whilst engaging closely with the broader HR team

About You

You will be able to demonstrate experience across aspects of people processes, project management, planning, metrics & insight development and stakeholder engagement. This role will provide the opportunity for you to take thought leadership and turn it into pragmatic solutions. In addition, you will possess:

  • Prior experience within a HR team, ideally gained within a large corporate environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills across a multi stakeholder environment 
  • Be able to articulate your talent philosophy and how it could be applied to our FMCG, multi beverage company
